We are a boutique real estate firm specializing in Exclusive Buyer Representation since 2006 and we've always gotten our Exclusive Buyer Agent Agreement signed by our buyer clients. We are technology savvy and conduct most office business with our agents virtually! We offer you the opportunity for unlimited earning potential in a dynamic and enjoyable environment.

Our firm operates two offices- Metro New York Area (Long Island, 5 Boroughs of NYC, Westchester, Hudson Valley) and Palm Beach County, Florida. We exclusively represent discerning buyers with specific needs. We provide market research, unbiased assistance and expert advice and negotiation for our buyer clients in their real estate purchases. We protect the buyer in the real estate transaction. As EBA's, we are True Buyer Agents, and are the only firm that can be a fiduciary to the buyer.
